| Talon Interactive, Inc., is an application service provider of networked
commerce, interactive messaging and relationship management functionality
(the "Service"). Typically, our clients utilize the Service in support of
their business-to-business commerce activities. This use may include online
transactions, interactive messaging (e-mail and IVR), contact management and/or
customer relationship management. |
| Confidential Information: The information maintained by the Service may
include personal identity, contact information, organizational relationships
and sensitive financial data for individuals as well as organizations of interest
to our clients. This information is the private property of our clients, and
is considered privileged and confidential by Talon Interactive. Any information
collected by us in the course of operating the Service is securely protected
and made available exclusively to the party to whom the information was intended.
We do not compile, disclose or resell this information to a third party, nor
provide direct or indirect access to this information to any third party except
as may be explicitly requested by our clients. |
| User Identification And Authentication: Many of the web accessible features
of the Service require that the identity of a potential user be verified through
a personal authentication process. Authentication information is exchanged
only once per session, over an open (non-SSL) connection. Talon Interactive
protects the personal credentials of all users against unauthorized access,
in a manner that is consistent with general industry practices. |
| As a convenience, some of our client applications offer the option of persisting
a user's credentials locally on their client computer system. Any user who
elects this option is assuming responsibility for the security and sensitivity
of that information. It is not encrypted and can be made visible to others
who have access to that computer system. |
| In addition, interacting with the Service using a Web browser requires that
an anonymous identifier be temporarily recorded on the user's computer (as
a cookie), so as to allow us to maintain consistency of data within the user's
session. Talon Interactive makes no other use of this information. |
| User Activity Tracking: Anytime someone attempts to view or interact with
any interface of the Service (including web page visits, opening or interacting
with e-mail messages, uploading or downloading files, responding to automated
telephone calls, sending messages or placing a phone call that is handled
by our systems), any of the following information may be captured: |

The host origin of the request (usually the IP address of the user's ISP
or proxy server) |

The referrer (where they came from) |

The requested document (the Message or web page they are viewing) |

Their browser type (e.g. Netscape 4.0, etc.) |

Platform-dependent information (e.g. Win 95) |

The phone number they are calling from |

| This information is used to facilitate many of the automated features of
the Service and to provide a measure of the interest and attention generated by
the individuals that interact with our clients' applications. This tracking data
is made available to our clients in a variety of forms. In addition, Talon Interactive
may share this information with third parties, but in summary form only.
